StartCom這家公司創立於2004年,是一家以色列的公司,特別的地方是該公司有在賣作業系統(StartCom Linux)很少見,還有賣影音平台(ML-5.0.6),USB Token,DNS服務msmart card reader與SSL憑證,產品大都是從oepn source軟體開發,算是研發能力很強的公司,更特別的是,提供免費的SSL憑證長達一年!不過此免費的SSL主要提供給個人使用,有興趣的可以試用看看,可能是因為以色列的關係,官網有些鈍鈍的,免費時間是這家公司的特色!
